Join Remy and Carrie for a morning to create, breathe, and flow(er)

Join us for a 2 hour creative and immersive exploration at the farm under tree canopy & magic mountains. Locally grown flower bouquet workshop with Remy from Hua Orchards followed by a Guided Breathwork Experience with Carrie.

10am: Enjoy an hour long creative class instructed by grower/designer/artist, Remy. Participants learn floral design basics with a variety of flowers fresh from her farm, and create their own custom, seasonal arrangement (yours to take home!). 🌻 An opportunity to work with natures beauty before diving deep into the natural beauty of your own breath.

11am: Next we experience a journey with conscious connected breath led by Carrie. With this process we amplify life force flow, revitalizing the body naturally where needed, allowing stored energy/emotion to move/express. This fully guided sensory/somatic experience is a powerful release as well as a journey within, allowing expanded states of consciousness & connection.

From activation we then down-regulate with restorative gentle breath to land in a blissful receptive space for final rest in meditation. Carrie will offer Reiki (energywork), light touch, vibration of bowls & tuning fork, and aromatherapy (all optional).

Closing 12pm + Integration & Refreshment. Option to stay and enjoy homemade Blue Butterfly Limeade (made fresh from our farms) while landing, journaling, sharing.
