Special Class ✨ Join Kendyl and Carrie for an evening of deep restoration, breath, and sound. $33 suggested donation.
We begin with 20 minutes of gentle restorative yoga, inviting the body to soften, release tension, and settle into a state of ease. Supported postures and mindful movement create space for relaxation and presence.
From there, we’ll move into 30 minutes of activated breathwork, a powerful practice designed to awaken energy, expand awareness, and help clear physical, emotional, and mental blockages. Through intentional breathing, you’ll have the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and cultivate clarity, vitality, and inner balance.
The journey concludes with a 20-minute immersive sound bath, allowing you to fully surrender into the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and soothing sounds. This final integration offers a space for rest, reflection, and deep nourishment for the mind, body, and spirit.
Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed, carrying a greater sense of peace and connection into the rest of your week.

Special Sunday Farm Flow ✨ Join Kendyl and Carrie for a morning of Breath+ Sound Journey + Teatime
Opening to sun under tree canopy & magic mountains. Kendyl will lead a Yoga set to open up the body & the energy channels for breath & sound activation
Breathwork w Carrie begins. With conscious connected breath we amplify life force flow, revitalizing the body naturally where needed and allowing stored energy/emotion to move express. This somatic process also allows release as well access to expanded states of consciousness & connection🌬️
From activation we down-regulate with restorative gentle breathwork. Now landing in a blissful receptive space for a Shamanic Journey Meditation guided by Carrie with sounds of Drum & Flute from Kendyl 🪶
Full Alchemy Sound Bath. Kendyl will share a symphony of vibration and frequency with crystal sound bowls, gong, harmonium, etheric chimes, and Hawaiian Slack Key guitar.
**Carrie & Kendyl will be assisting the entire journey with Reiki (energywork), light touch, vibration of bowls & tuning fork, and aromatherapy (all optional).
Closing / integration.
Enjoy nourishing Tea fresh from the farm after landing + Optional diy tobacco & herbs medicine bundles during integration
