Sat ~ Mar 21st ~ 5pm -7:30pm
Under a canopy of stars and set against the peaceful silhouette of the mountains, join us on the farm for an evening designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to release tension and settle into the rhythm of the land. From there, you’ll be guided through activated breathwork to deepen relaxation and reconnect with your breath.
As the night unfolds, sink into a restorative sound bath, where soothing vibrations wash over you beneath the open sky, allowing the stillness of the farm and the surrounding mountains to hold the space for deep rest.
After our practice, we’ll gather around the warmth of a glowing bonfire for a communal farm table meal prepared by Chef Ka’u Manaku.🌿🍗
Tuscan Herb–Marinated Grilled Chicken served with a vibrant medley of roasted Local Farm Vegetables and Okinawan sweet potatoes, accompanied by generous locally sourced garden salads made with seasonal greens etc
Filtered water in tap + refreshing Herbal/ Flower Tea blend fresh from the farm (ʻuhaloa, mint, mamaki, blue butterfly, etc )
Enjoy wholesome food, meaningful conversation, and the simple magic of sharing a meal together under the stars.
An evening to slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of nature, community, and presence ✨🔥🌙
The Evening Flow:
-
Arrive. Land, Settle
We honor ʻĀina & salute the setting sun as we flow into an evening of movement, breath, sound, food & fire.
-
flowing into movement, Kendyl will lead a Yoga set to open up the body & the energy channels for breath & sound activation.
-
Breathwork w Carrie begins. With conscious connected breath we amplify life force flow, revitalizing the body naturally where needed and allowing stored energy/emotion to move express. This somatic process also allows release as well access to expanded states of consciousness & connection🌬️
-
Land in Alchemy Sound Bath. Kendyl will share a symphony of vibration and frequency with crystal sound bowls, gong, harmonium, etheric chimes, and Hawaiian Slack Key guitar.
