This journey works with rhythmic yogic breath, first actively then gently. By amplifying prana or vital-force in the body, the process allows nourishment and cleansing physically, mentally and emotionally as well as access to expanded awareness on all levels. With cycle of conscious connected breath we reviatalize the body naturally where needed and allow stored energy/emotion to move express.
From activation we then down-regulate with a restorative gentle pranayama to engage the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation. This somatic process also allows release as well access to expanded states of consciousness & connection. Now landing in a blissful receptive space for a Relaxation & Reiki Meditation .
The entire experience is guided and each participant assisted by Carrie, with Reiki ( energywork) , light touch, vibration of bowls & tuning forks, and aromatherapy (all optional).
