Each session we will explore new pranayama techniques for enhanced wellbeing before settling into a powerful guided breathwork experience.
This journey works with rhythmic yogic breath, first actively then gently. By amplifying prana or vital-force in the body, the process allows nourishment and cleansing physically, mentally and emotionally as well as access to expanded awareness on all levels.
From activation we then down-regulate with a restorative gentle pranayama to engage the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, landing in a blissful space for a guided meditation & final śavāsana .
The entire experience is guided and assisted by Carrie and infused with music, energywork, light touch, vibration of bowls & tuning forks, and aromatherapy (all optional). *All techniques can be adjusted for individual conditions or needs.
